*Vendor Guidelines*

The festival runs for 2 days Saturday and Sunday of Labor Day weekend. The festival opens at 10:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM each day.

You must be setup and off the field by 9:30 AM and can not bring your car back onto the field until the festival is closed. The field opens for setup at 6:30 AM.

We will allow early setup on Friday afternoon after 2:00 PM. Until 7:00 PM

You must bring your own tables and chairs.

There are electrical hookups in the parking lot so it will be possible to dry camp there. As of now there is not a fee set for this stay tuned for more info.

The site size you are paying for is 10 by 10 we try to make it so your car is near your site, as this is a new venue please bear with us as we try to make this work as well as we can.

Dispose of your own trash there will be a dumpster available there.

Make sure you fill out the line describing what you are selling.

If you have a mailing list and would like some save the date cards to send out please check the appropriate box and let us know how many you need.

Vendors at the Garlic Festival are ready to have you sample all their fabulous treats.

We had a banner turnout last year with the two day festival bringing just shy of 6000 people. None of this would be possible without our loyal vendors! We look forward to seeing you Labor Day weekend.

Patti and Steve want to offer a two or three night stay for $10/room night discount to Vendors and Growers. These are 2 elegant suites and 1 room, each with private bath and includes multicourse breakfast and wireless internet access. Rates begin at $89.

Deep Discounts at Queen room- $80, King Room - $85, Two Double Beds - $85, Queen and Double - $90 all per night based on either single or double occupancy. Additional person then at $20/night. Includes hot buffet breakfast. Outdoor Hot Tub for Guests and Bert Hugle makes the best Pizza in the area. He looks forward to sharing garlic recipes as a master chef and Innkeeper.

Knotty Pine Motel - 802 442-5487
Betsey tells me they don't raise their rates
until after mid-September and their pool will be open. At $73 plus tax for double occupancy this includes refrigerators, microwaves, wireless internet. Additional persons per room are $8 each.

Hillbrook Motel - 802 447-7201 or 877-HILLBRK A queen or two doubles for $65 and
Efficiencies for $75 and the largest pool complete this package from Todd and Mary Jane.
